  Leek and Potato Soup with olive oil croutons (V)  
  Chicken Liver Parfait with balsamic and port onions and granary toast  
  Wild Mushroom and Parmesan Risotto with wild rocket salad and truffle oil (V)    
  Duck Roulade with beetroot and sweet red onions  
  Smoked Mackerel and Horseradish Pâté with granary toast    
     
  MAIN COURSES:    
  The Ferryboat Traditional Christmas Dinner; turkey with all the trimmings!  
  Roast Salmon with buttered spinach and red wine butter sauce  
  Slow Braised Lamb Shoulder with butter beans and savoy cabbage  
  English Sirloin Steak and with chips and peppercorn sauce  
  Open Tart of Mediterranean Vegetables, goat's cheese and basil (V)  
  Confit Leg of Duck with bubble and squeak mash and Port sauce

  Christmas Pudding and brandy sauce  
  Winter Berry Cheesecake and cherry compote
