  Smoked chicken, artichoke and pine nut salad  
  Thai fishcakes with Thai salad and lime and chilli dressing    
  Chicken liver parfait with red onion chutney and toast  
  'Hot Smoked' salmon terrine with crème fraiche and rocket salad  
     
  MAIN COURSES:    
  The Ferryboats traditional Christmas dinner, turkey with all the trimmings  
  Fillet of sea bream on crushed pesto potatoes and herb oil  
  Char-grilled rib-eye steak with peppercorn sauce and fries  
  Baked aubergine, goat's cheese and sundried tomato tartlet (V)  
  Confit leg of duck with creamed cabbage and red wine sauce
