  Half lobster on dressed salad with sundried tomato and dill dressing  
  Chicken liver & Champagne parfait with toasted brioche & red onion marmalade  
  Aubergine and goat's cheese fritter with a balsamic dressed salad    
     
  Mains    
  Roasted loin of venison on braised red cabbage with vintage port jus and dauphinoise potatoes    
  Wild salmon on julienne of parsnips and delicate curry and honey sauce with new potatoes  
  Sesame crusted tofu with wild pilaf rice and sautéed gingered vegetables over green coconut curry sauce  
  All the above come with a selection of vegetables  
       
  Desserts    
  Classic lemon tart with raspberries and lemon clotted cream  
  Selection of British cheeses with oatcakes, grapes and chutney  
  Warm chocolate and hazel nut sponge with chocolate and Cognac sauce  
       
  This year's theme is black and white glamour party. Our black and white theme party will be the epitome of glamour as guests are encouraged to dress only in black and white. Remember, those not dressed in the appropriate attire will not be entered in the free Champagne competition. Think tuxedo, penguin and zebra crossing.    
  Black and white dress is encouraged but not compulsory.
